Because every VIVIFICA piece is handmade, one-of-one, and crafted from reclaimed textiles, we do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, preference, or fit.
Each item is created as a unique work — once sold, it cannot be restocked or exchanged for another.
Quality & Condition
Each upcycled garment carries its own story.
As a result, minor fabric wear, colour variations, or texture differences are expected and are part of the upcycling process.
These characteristics are not defects, but unique features that reflect the nature of reclaimed materials.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will gladly repair, replace, or refund it.
To open a claim:

Within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the issue and your order number
Once verified, we will resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Alterations
If your item needs a minor adjustment (e.g., stitching fixes or resizing):

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unworn and unwashed

Buyer covers return shipping for alteration requests
We will advise whether the requested alteration is possible based on the design.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment only.
Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
