A: Orders within the United Kingdom are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, location, or seasonal demand.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: We currently offer standard tracked UK shipping at a flat rate of £3.99.
Orders over £70 qualify for free standard shipping.
Priority (express) delivery is available at checkout for £6.99.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship within the UK only to ensure faster delivery and avoid customs delays.
International shipping will be introduced in the future — follow us on Instagram or subscribe to our newsletter for updates.
Q: I haven’t received my order — what should I do?
