Customers acknowledge that all reworked pieces are unique, creative works and not official merchandise of the brands whose fabrics were used.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns due to dissatisfaction with style or fit.

If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vivificastore@gmail.com.
Approved cases may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
